I came into her shop and it was very nice and she instantly welcomed me with a warm smile and asked how she could help me. I was looking for a wig, which by the way never could find one that looked good on me and she(Lori) told me that what I needed was a fall or wiglet because of my head being so petite. If it wasn't for her knowledge on the situation I would still be trying and wasting money on the wigs! So thank you for that Lori!
