I was told my rent would go up a specific amount for this year and when I received my renewal notice, they had tripled what they had told me and gave me a 10 day window to renew. All right before Christmas. When I reached out to say that I was lied to and don’t even know if I can possibly pay this, as I was prepared for what they had originally told me, there was no apology or compassion. I have lived here for a year now with very minimal issues and the issues I did have with things in my apartment were tended to immediately. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood and I feel a good place to rent.

NEVER RENT FROM LORIMAR. A week upon moving into Lorimar, my water heater went out. It took management 3 visits in order to take me seriously & finally decide to put a new one in. In order to do so, however, I first had to experience the leasing manager YELLING in my face while I was holding my 13 month old daughter.
