A family member was here recently for recovery after a hip fracture. We can't say enough about the therapists. They were all great and certainly worked to get the patient back on their feet. As far as the rooms go, they are getting to look a little shabby. They certainly don't look like the lobby which is beautifully decorated including a tropical fish tank. The nursing staff were okay. Amazing atmosphere to be in, Amazing people
Initially, this journey began with hurdles. However, the staff made immediate improvements, which made our family feel heard during such a difficult time. Chante Williams started the ball rolling for me!!! I was so distraught when I walked in the facility. She reassured me my concerns would be addressed and they were the same day!!!! So many beautiful ppl. We thank you for your patience and kindness toward our loved one!!
