It is extremely concerning when a rehab calls to ask why you were not at a family meeting and didn’t even realize my dad “the patient” was not at the facility. Follow up phone call was Wednesday he was admitted to the hospital on Monday. My sister informed the nurse on Monday when she went back to get his belongings.
