I am writing to recommend Lori Sherer, who counseled me during a particularly difficult time in my life. I found her by asking friends for a referral; the group she worked with came highly recommended. I ended up seeing her for a little over 1 year. She started by asking questions to evaluate my needs, and as time went on, she started to make recommendations, not in terms of actual advice, but by asking questions and just discussing some of the issues, it helped me think things through.
