Lori Ricard did an amazing job helping us buy a lot. We asked her to help us with a contract the day it hit the market and she helped us navigate the intricacies of a VA perm build even though she was not our realtor for the house as we already had a builder. She was always available to help. She was always very friendly and knowledgeable.
