Dr Provencher is a great physcian. However, I was extremely unhappy with the wait time. I had to arrive at 12:00pm for 1:00pm surgery. I was taken to a bed at 12:45 for prep. I did not go in for surgery until 2:19pm and was discharged at 3:30pm. Very dissatisfied with the wait time!!
Dr. Provencher was very thorough with her examination of my eye problem. After the testing , her explanation was easy to understand. I felt like she really cared and I wasn’t just another patient.
It was my first time going to see her and I wish she had of been my eye doctor from the start! She’s got a beautiful personality and explains everything
