This nurse and staff are inconsiderate of patients needs. They all need more training.
My dad is partially paralyzed due to a stroke he had in 2017. Medicare was willing to pay for him an electronic scooter to get around since he can barely walk. He does not have a life and is stuck at home 24 hours a day seven days a week. He asked this doctor to prescribe him a wheelchair so that the insurance would cover it and this lady got on the phone with insurance and said that he only needed a wheelchair to go to Walmart so today they just denied him his wheelchair.
