She has treated me for about two years. Easy to book, short waiting time, and high quality care.
The office is very clean. Making an appointment was easy. Dr. Nelson was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She made a lot of suggestions as to how to treat my back pain. She also ordered several X-rays. So far, all good. X-ray results came back quickly. I was able to see the results in the patient portal. But, not being a doctor I do not know what it means. Don't expect a call back from the office if you have to leave a message. Dr. Nelson rushed through my first visit with her (she talked to me for three minutes) and then told me to expect a call from her scheduling department, which never came. I ended up having to call several times just to schedule a steroid shot - on the day of the shot itself, Dr. Nelson walked by me several times in the OR prep room because she didn't recognize me. Getting a prescription refilled is like pulling teeth.
Office staff inept.
