Lori was fine while I had her. The 0 stars are for what she did after she was no longer my provider. I had an appointment early in July but my phone broke and I wasn’t able to get my new phone until the middle of July. I called the office to book another appointment and to explain what happened with my phone. I have ADHD and not having my phone is a huge deal to me because I have everything on my phone.
