I wish I could speak to her actual photography skills, but we never got that far. I was gifted a certificate from my friends for a family mini session and reached out to her in February with no response. I had been trying to book for the past few months and she won’t book a session. She finally told my friend that bought it that she would refund her but never did. Lori has done countless sessions for us... from maternity, newborn, family sessions, even corporate photos. She bends over backwards to make sure she delivers excellent customer service. Her personality is what keeps us coming back. There’s passion behind her work. The images she produces are always top-notch quality and timely. Would recommend her over and over, to anyone!
