Top marks for Lori. She is knowledgeable and professional but also kind and caring. She walked us through the process and was very communicative and available during the entire transaction. She helped us thoughtfully price our house for a good price and a quick sale (less then a week). She spent several hours helping clean our home prior to closing and was on site coordinating the movers while we were at the closing. In short, she went above and beyond what I would have expected.

She helped him get around to do the duties that needed to be done, physically. And she ensured that all of the technical details were applied, when needed.
