I took my 95 year old mother to the ER with pain in her back. Dr. Schimmel saw her. She asked me what I wanted her to do???! IDK, my mother is in pain, has osteoporosis & has been seen in this ER before & you’re asking ME what you should do???? She was arrogant, uncaring and very unprofessional. We were happy when her shift ended & Dr. Pratt saw my mom. He was kind, caring and very professional. I would never let her treat anyone that I cared about!
