I waited 3 months for a prescription medication that she couldn't figure out how to preauthorize thru my insurance. Meanwhile my orthopedic surgeon and my cardiologist both put through preauthorizations for medication with my insurance with no problems. During this time she only returned the two calls I made to her requesting updates but if she was having issues with my insurance, I think she should have been more persistent with updates to me. I have been seeing Lori for a long time now. I can't even describe how lucky I feel to have her as my PCP. She's never rushed, she always answers when I need her and she always takes such good care of me and my husband. Her sweet, caring personality and true love for what she does shines through. I always feel like I'm talking to a friend and she'll always tell me what I need to do to get better. Trust her with my life. She's always been there for me.
