I am a first time customer here and recently ordered sunglasses. They originally told me I could order the color in the type of glass I wanted and they would arrive in a week. 4 weeks have gone by and I have received 3 phone calls to change the material due to issues with coloring at the lab (each time saying the color can be created with the other material).
