Their billing practices are questionable. Do not agree to their terms of charging a credit card for co-pays after insurance is billed. They overcharge your card and then state it's for "additional massage" that the insurance company doesn't pay for. Well, when they are an in-network provider for my insurance company my understanding is everything should be billed and they are to write-off any charges that are not considered billable by insurance and I am not responsible for those charges that are not billable.
