Hi, I wanted to let you know that my experience with Dr. Lori Greenwald and Vanishing Veins and Vivesse has been a wonderful experience since my winning the Project Makeover Contest this year. Dr. Greenwald and all of the staff have made my visits so relaxing and reassuring that I enjoy my procedures even though I have a fear of needles. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this vascular surgeon promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Dr. Greenwald is wonderful! I am a patient at Vanishing Veins and from start to finish each visit has been a pleasure. The staff is very attentive and caring. I am very glad that I came to Dr. Greenwald for treatment....I only wish I had not waited so long ....feeling good!
I was very disappointed from the beginning when Lori didn't know what see was doing as I was laying there the first day I met her with the injection in her hand. Her staff and her do not communicate. Although the waiting room is lovely.

Dr. Greenwald is the kind of doctor you look for but sadly rarely find: knowledgeable, kind, caring, personable and thorough. She went way above and beyond when diagnosing and treating my problem. And I can say that with the utmost confidence because I visited other doctors about my problem and they never addressed my concerns.
