Dr Phelps is the best. I highly recommend for those looking for a person who genuinely cares about the individual. She’s great in a group setting but excels in the one-on-one format.
She is great. In fact, I would say one of the best I’ve ever encountered. I wish I had the opportunity to work with her again. Highly recommended.
