Extremely condescending and belittles her patients. Spends maybe 5 or so minutes with you after making you wait 20 minutes. Doesn't have any interest in the well-being of patients and makes you feel like just another number on her list of people to see. Doesn't have answers to basic medical questions.
I recommend Dr. Jones. She is friendly, smart, very knowledgeable. She really enjoys her job and is very good at it. I have seen Dr. Jones and Dr. Shah at this practice and I highly recommend both. I know i am in good hands and the surgery she will be doing for me, I have nothing to worry about.
I went for 3 problem but she only discussed 1.
I have found Dr. Jones to be knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. She takes the time to answer any questions and explains options clearly. I had an outpatient procedure performed and while it was not successful, she did let me know me ahead of time it's only successful in 40% of patients, so no surprises. I like that she is willing to try a more conservative approach rather than pushing for invasive surgery. Going to the urologist can be pretty embarrassing, she makes it less so.
Dr. Jones and her office staff neglected to get the necessary insurance approval for my father's surgery. All my father's medical bills were denied. I have now been fighting for 8 months to get his over $110,000 bills rectified. They promised me they would get this resolved. It's horrible to lose your father and then spend hours on the phone trying to fix something that isn't even your mistake. Be careful!

I highly recommend Dr. Jones. She took preventative action to eliminate stones I had in both kidneys and we were able to pull in off in a single week. She is very down to earth and I LOVE her sense of humor (matches mine exactly). Don't tell her :-) but I always call her Mrs. Jones for you old enough to remember that great song, whose singer passed this year. Not sure if she gets the reference :-)
When I had trouble passing urine, my primary doctor asked me who I wanted to be my urologist. I replied that I didn't know any. I said to my primary doctor get the best urologist he thought of and referred me to Dr. Lori Jones. I have been very satisfied with my new Dr. Jones. I highly recommend this highly intelligent and down to earth doctor.
Best Urologist I've ever been to.
Great manners and wonderful to talk with, she makes you feel comfortable. She is easy going and extremely helpful. Ask all the questions you want, she will do her best to answer them. My issue was somewhat embarrassing, but she was kind and compassionate. Very professional and experienced. Do yourself a favor and choose her as your urologist.
