Dr. Dao was very kind, thorough and explained things to me in a way I understood. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable with what our plan is for my sons eyes. Only downside was we had an extremely long wait in the waiting room (over an hour) but the actual dr visit was wonderful.
I had corrective eye surgery with Dr.Dao back in 2019, and she was amazing from start to finish. Amazing bedside manner, and really good at what she does. Almost 4 years after the surgery, and no complaints. I highly recommend Dr. Dao
We did not have a good experience with this Dr. She was recommended by our pediatrician. The wait to get in to see her was over 2 months. When we showed up there was a surprise fee that they told us that the insurance doesn't cover. They said it was a normal part of an eye exam, but we could talk to the Dr about it when we went back to see her. We went back and the Dr basically said the eye exam was pointless unless we paid the fee. At that point we were very upset as this could have been explained to us before even booking ... read more
