I don't usually write reviews but this time I feel obligated to reach out to as many people as I can because of how much Lori and the 3 Principles have helped me. I was always having anti-panic attack medication with me and using it. But at some point of time after working with Lori and my introduction to the 3 Principles, I no longer carry this med in my purse :) did not even notice when this happened. So far I manage my panic attacks naturally, even during severe events. Amazing! Thank you so much Lori for showing me what the Principles meant for my life!
