Whe. I first stared going there everthing was ok , gave this place a 5 star rating. Things have changed in the last week , was told on May 8 th that the referrals I asked would be down that day and I asked for the weight drug zepbound for weight lost , called cvs to see if it was felilled a couple days later the said they were waiting for my doctor to fill out paper work. Hello, I just had to write a excellent review on Twan. I called today to let the facility know that I changed my phone number. When I was talking to this young lady, I could tell she had a very kind heart. I asked her a few questions that wasn't health related because I wanted to know , how do people hack into your phone? She was so wonderful answering that question. I asked her again what was her name because she really touched my heart with her good manners,kindness and knowledge. This place is horrible . No-one knows what they are doing from the girls that answer the phone to the rookie doctors that hate working for arch well
Don’t waste your time. They do not do as they say.
Avoid unless you are healthy and need little help. Provider was rude and unhelpful. Incompetent and no one cares. Supervisors had no solutions for the experience.
Changed my appointment 2 times. Gave me wrong medicine for UTI. Never called me on my blood work. Hung up on me twice. Service sucks.
I switched primary doctors on the early part of the year 2024. Came to Archwell because they offered free Uber rides for doctor appointments, since I’m on Medicare and live half hour drive from my house to nearest Archwell location. Also seen on time for appointments by my provider., heard they take good care of their patients, seniors on Medicare. Unfortunately I found out it not true completely. I thought I found the right place and professional staff. I was so wrong. I've been a patient since January and haven't had a RX correctly yet. Still waiting on some of my medications. I've been denied some if my medications I've getting for over 20 yrs. The front staff sent me away from my appointment stating I didn't have an appointment scheduled, then 1/2 way home I get a call stating it was a mishap. I've never seen a worse staff ever and I have a degree in these fields previously
I went for my first appointment last week at Archwell. I arrived early and the front desk staff treated me politely and with respect. once I filled out my paper work, I was called back to the exam room early. Jessie was the physician assistant I worked with. He was helpful and personable as he collect my medical history and use of presciptians drugs.
