My girlfriend called to make an appointment on Monday and spoke with who she thought was Dr. Ben-Ezra. She scheduled the appointment for 4pm Wednesday. When she arrived, 10 minutes early to her appointment and completed all the paperwork, she waited until 440pm and no one in the office said anything to her (she just figured the psychologist was running behind).
