Verified that she was in-network with my insurance via email after I sent her my insurance card and then one day before our appointment she canceled and said she doesn't take that insurance after an almost two week wait for a visit. Extremely unprofessional behavior. EDIT: She is lying in the response when she said that I didn't verify my insurance previously.
