I couldn’t imagine a better realtor than Lori. First of all she has a great network of trusted contractors and acted as the general contractor keeping things moving along as fast as possible. We needed extensive work done on our father’s house. Her communication skills are excellent and kept us connected with the contractors for critical decisions. Lori listens to you and takes your vision to heart. She works proactively to give you the best opportunity to see homes and to make a bid in a timely and strategic way. Lori Ares and Deanna Golden were the two best realtors I could have possibly asked for. They guided me every step of the way, protected my interests, and went out of their way to help me do things in a way that felt comfortable and reasonable to me. Even though I had a small condo, they treated me like I had a million-dollar property. I cannot recommend them highly enough, you will be in the best possible hands. I wish that I could give 6 stars!
