I wish I could rate Dr. Lori higher than five stars! It is obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and her staff. The office feels like a big happy family!
Office staff is very rude, especially Chris. Dr. Laurie is quick to prescribe medication that she is unfamiliar with using and does not know how to handle the side affects. Beware as the office will quickly charge you for expenses you did not know exist. Erin in billing is snippy and is always looking for a fight. They do not respect patient confidentiality here.
This office has taken care of my grandchildren for over 12years and has always been available when needed. Annual exams are thorough and disease prevention a priority. As a retired RN and a grandma, I highly recommend them!
I had my first appointment today with my newborn. She really took the time to answer my outrageous amount of questions (we took almost 2 hours out of her day!). I'm very impressed and so excited I found such a wonderful doctor for my son!
Dr.Spector is phenomenal! We absolutely love her and the attention and time she gives to our son. The staff is always sweet and helpful. Dr.Spector is the only doctor we will see because very thorough with our son even if she saw him the the day before. So glad we switched to this pediatrician and I highly recommend!
We adore Dr. Lori and her amazing group of pediatricians! Our daughter, Vivian, just turned 12 and it feels like ‘just yesterday’ Vivian was meeting Dr. Lori for the first time (sniff, sniff). From day zero to treatment for dairy allergy (2 weeks old) to chronic upper respiratory (till age 5-ish) to a strong, healthy and beautiful young lady who hasn’t been to see any doctor for illness in like, 2 years!!! We love Dr. Lori, Dr. Class and all of the doctors & staff and thank them for their care and love.
