I was worked in for an appointment in extraordinary quick time by a receptionist who went far beyond call of duty. Dr Trefts was very knowledgeable of my semi rare condition and set a sound care plan into immediate action. Very impressed
Five stars for Dr. Lori Trefts and her staff every time. They provide excellent services and I would highly recommend them any & every time !
I was referred by another Dr’s office, received some auto generated message about an appointment with no time or date, and after waiting 20 days for date. I called, just to be told they rejected me. Not taking any new patients go to Savannah or Jacksonville, Thanks for wasting more time, you could have said that 20 days ago.
The whole office is amazing!
