Our children have been Dr. Shockley's patients for years. She is a devoted pediatrician and truly listens to Mom. :) Her nurse Kimberly is quick to return calls and is great at relaying information and talking to mothers. I have worked with other nurses in Pediatrics and they are a warm and loving staff. Lori Shockley is an incredible blessing to Waterloo area families and her experience, both as a doctor and as a mother, lends to great care. Truly, we have been blessed to be in her care.
