My recent visit with Lori A. Facktor was deeply unsettling. I brought my 8-year-old son, who had broken his glasses the previous day and was struggling to see, along with my 2-year-old daughter, for his eye checkup. While waiting, Dr. Facktor asked us to open the door without any greeting and gave us a disapproving look. I asked her about some symptoms during a routine exam and she curtly told me to make a separate appt for that. Rude ill mannered money obsessed unprofessional woman.
