great company asked for an updated model camera for the existing setup we already had with lorex and they showed me two updated models that will still work with our current box easy to install plug and play gave me a great deal as well as made sure i had a signature delivery and when checking out it said free delivery in 7-14 but when speaking with the sale rep when i made my order in the online chat he had told me it will only take 2-3days delivery and im am very happy to tell you it did came in 2 days not 7-14days for the ... read more
Horrendous customer service. For over a $3k system AND purchasing extended support, took over a month to even get my system functioning correctly (and I was only contacted because I reached out to the BBB). Would recommend competitors for cameras as this seems to be the standard regarding Lorex customer service.
8/18/25 Update: I decided to order anyway to the tune of $1680 for an NVR and single PTZ camera. The UI on the MVR will take a click but sometimes not add the letter. The result is I need to reset the password. Followed the directions on the site with the result of a site timeout in less than 60 seconds to fill out the form. Tried to call and the phone just hangs up. I have 4 NVR systems. I have done this before. This is ridiculous. I just want a refund at this point.
