So much for safety and security. 0 Rating. Never again. I have unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with this doorbell, to the point where I'm hesitant to purchase another Lorex product in the future. I purchased this system for security and peace of mind. Unfortunately, it has provided neither due to ongoing reliability issues. Having a problem with the Lorex cameras and after a number of emails I can’t get a response it seems that they’re in the business of selling and no service
Software is slow and cameras fail all the time. Huge mistake buying these products.
Do your research before spending a dime with Lorex. I bought my original set back in 2020, and while those older cameras had their minor flaws, they actually captured real details when you needed them. Upgrading to their new N910 Series NVR and E896AB cameras to keep up with technology turned out to be a complete waste of time, money, and sanity. This new setup is full of false advertising.
