Our experience has been great with these cameras. Tech support is great and fast. Easy to install and very sturdy. Not flimsy like other ones we’ve had. I see some people had bad experiences with it but not us. We even bought a doorbell for my mother-in-law. I like that we don’t have to pay for a subscription like the others.
Problem cameras, horrible app on android and Super slick customer & Tech services. Everything made and owned by China.
Horrible
Bought a 2K wireless doorbell which stated it was compatible with the NVR I purchased. This was not the case. The company disclosed to me that they missed up the new battery doorbell product and it doesn't work with NVRs wirelessly. They said if I hooked it up to a hard wire, it would work. So, I got an election and did just that. It still didn't work. I called back to get a return, and they refused stating it's past the 30 day return timeframe.
