I would give this jeweler and -10 rating if I could they are very unprofessional I went in to have a stone replaced on my wedding rings and a prong repaired they put the wrong prong on set the diamond in the wrong position and replaced my stone with a hunk of glass presumedly I went to take it to some other jeweler for another opinion they told me that it was very very very poor quality I asked for an AGI certification they could not provide me with for the stone I asked them for a detailed receipt and the work that they did... read more

I've been going to Loretta's for years. Have had many items repaired and watch batteries replaced. The estate selection and quality are impressive. Loretta and Phil are always professional and informative. My friend has had several unique designed in gold. They are eye catching and in great detail. If you are looking for a unique gift, prices are reasonable. Linda

I've visited Loretta's four times in the past month - three times for new batteries in three different watches, and once to have a link removed from another warch. On all for occasions, I received prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend Loretta's!
