She is an AMAZING dentist! Everyone in the office is professional and personable as well. I’ve seen her while pregnant and after my pregnancy. All of her staff are well mannered. I don’t think I’ve been in another office that is better than this one. I already recommend her to anyone that I know who needs a dentist. With COVID-19 being a big issue she and her staff are very sanitary ! (They were before also) It’s nice to come to a dentistry where everyone seems like they genuinely care about your well-being

Dr. Graham is an excellent dentist I have been going to Dr. Graham for a very long time. She is competent, thorough, and listens to the patient. All important qualities a great dentist or doctor should have.

I found the office assistant to be very local in demeanor but also VERY helpful. She went out of her way to assist us, help us and accommodate us. I think she is a gem in the office. I also like that she doesn't pretend to be someone she isn't. It made me trust the dentist more.
Appointment time is always 15 to 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The customer representative is without a doubt very unprofessional when talking to customers. She needs immediate counseling and should be on probation. She needs to know that there is a polite way to address and respond to customers when a question or concern is asked. I work in Human Resources at Fort Eustis and your customer service representative is lacking in her performance. She really has an attitude problem.
Not Such a Good First Impression Dr. Graham might be an excellent dentist, but my grandfather never got to see her because of the way we (my father, grandfather, and I) were treated at the receptionist desk. I believe that the staff of an entire office needs to exhibit a professional and friendly manner to all clients. Unfortunately, that is not how we were greeted.
