She is an AMAZING dentist! Everyone in the office is professional and personable as well. I’ve seen her while pregnant and after my pregnancy. All of her staff are well mannered. I don’t think I’ve been in another office that is better than this one. I already recommend her to anyone that I know who needs a dentist. With COVID-19 being a big issue she and her staff are very sanitary ! (They were before also) It’s nice to come to a dentistry where everyone seems like they genuinely care about your well-being

Dr. Graham is an excellent dentist and is great at fixing any problems that may occur. Her staff is friendly and polite.

I have been a patient of Dr. Graham for over 30 years. She's very professional. My whole family sees her. Best Dentist Ever.

I found the office assistant to be very local in demeanor but also VERY helpful. She went out of her way to assist us, help us and accommodate us. I think she is a gem in the office. I also like that she doesn't pretend to be someone she isn't. It made me trust the dentist more.

Appointment time is always 15 to 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The customer representative is without a doubt very unprofessional when talking to customers. She needs immediate counseling and should be on probation. She needs to know that there is a polite way to address and respond to customers when a question or concern is asked. I work in Human Resources at Fort Eustis and your customer service representative is lacking in her performance. She really has an attitude problem.
