I needed someone who would help me with the sale of a home and needed it done as quickly as possible. I signed a contract with Loretta and in less than a week, she brought me a potential buyer's contract which I accepted. Everything pertaining to this sale, which has now closed, was done in an efficient, business like manor with many considerations shown towards me. If I am ever in need of a Realtor again, I would definitely use Loretta and her wonderful team.
