HORRIBLE SERVICE & COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. She cancelled my family's Auto Policy after 15 years! I was notified by mail. Damage from Hurricane Sandy and getting rear ended while stopped at a light caused our account to be deemed unacceptable. State Farm didn't pay a penny for the rear ender.
