Worst experience ever. Loretta was not prepared for my visit. She did not read my file ahead of time. Wanted to set me up for a sleep study I let her know it was already done. She falsified information in my chart notes. I had to tell her several times that is not what I am experiencing and yet what she wanted me to experience is in my chart notes.
