I am so happy with my experience at Loretta Bridal Boutique. I had made a bridal appointment to find my wedding dress and immediately was welcomed in by the staff. The staff were so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. I am so grateful for their attention and making me feel confident in every dress I tried on. I found my dream wedding dress at Loretta Bridal as well as my veil. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking to have an amazing wedding dress shopping experience!
Honestly, I felt so unheard and like I was a bother being there. Walked in with my mom, future MIL and my friend. The lady was sitting at the desk and didn’t even greet us. Anytime my mom spoke she either rolled her eyes or corrected her rudely. I kept pointing things out I didn’t like on dresses and felt like she didn’t care. If I could rate Loretta Bridal 100 stars I would! I had the BEST experience! Meg was the most helpful! I walked in thinking I knew exactly what dress I wanted, but Meg suggested other options, and those ended up being WAY BETTER! The 4th dress that I tried on was one of Megs suggestions and I started bawling! I've never felt so great! She was so so kind, helpful, and I could not say enough amazing things about Loretta Bridal and my experience! Thank you!!
I unfortunately had nothing but disappointment in this boutique. The bride and myself & her mom and future mother in law walked into this boutique without any warm welcoming. The woman behind the desk did not even stand up and shake hands or even introduce herself. If you’re thirsty? Too bad because she was not offering that either!
