Buyer Beware!!! Stay away from this place!!!!! Saddest excuse for an automotive dealership i have ever seen!!! Mo in finance and Ali ******** manager) have ZERO customer service skills and negative professionalism skills!!!!! Save yourselves the headaches and go anywhere else!!

Ive been calling the dealership since April 2022. I called in excess 20 times, in regards to getting refunded for my GAP ins. I financed a vehicle (Fort Lauderdale Nissan) back in 2016. New ownership isnt an ************ not my problem. My car has been paid off & Nissan Motor Acceptance told me to contact the dealership directly to get refunded. Ive left countless voicemails & no one has reached back to this day, including the *** I know the company is willfully ignoring my calls & voicemails, because I inquired about financ... read more

first & foremost our sincere apologies for the lack of response on our part.I'm not really sure what happened there. but i have just spoken with the client, I have explained that she has used the ************* policy throughout her entire finance term of six years, therefor there is no prorated credit balance that could be issued back to her.This product is meant to protect the client & their financed vehicle in the event of an accident or total loss, throughout it's finance term. in this case a 60 month(5 Year term).she has... read more

It's a shame that I can't give zero stars because this place doesn't even deserve one. Hands down the worst, most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I went in to the dealership 2 months prior to my lease term ending just to see what my options were and ended up working out a deal with the salesman ******** and manager (*****). They offered to make the last 2 payments on my current lease and 2 years of free maintenance, if I signed on a new lease that day. Spoke to the sales manager regarding vehicle that they were advertising. Made an appointment and drove 35 miles to see vehicle which he said they had, When i got there to see vehicle it was not their after he told me it was. So instead of admitting that is a false ad, he tried to turn me over to a salesman to sell me another vehicle at a much higher price. I consider this false advertising in an attempt to bring some in.

This is the worst Service dealership I have ever experienced! Im shocked that Nissan allows their name to be attached to it. I own a 2010 370Z Nissan. The top was not working and because the car thought the top was open, the trunk would not open. I brought it into Lorenzo's to be diagnosed. They called me the next day with the most outrageous quote I have ever heard. They told me the entire convertible had to be replace and it would cost $18,000.00. I was livid!! Spoke to the customer about her experience. There was a miscommunication regarding the fix for the convertible roof on the 370Z. I assured the customer that it was a mistake and that we would counsel the employees involved and take disciplinary actions on all the involved in employees. Offered the customer to make it right on their next visit to show that we do care about our customers and that we do not take advantage of them.
