Dr. Munoz is a great physician who really cares about the health and well-being of his patients. His emphasis is on preventative care and staying well. All of his medical staff are well educated, friendly and knowledgeable. The office is well managed and responsive to any needs I might have. I am grateful to be in his care.
Although everybody in the office is always friendly; they RARELY follow up and the office is very disorganized? I will be selecting a different primary care doctor soon because of the numerous problems I've had with this office!
I call to set up appointment for my husband,I have been left on hold ,she ( guessing receptionist) hang up on me ,after calling third time she again put me on hold!My husband called from his cell ( i was still on hold) sve was talking to him ,making jockes while I was holding and waiting to be heleped.No Way that i will call ever or recommend somebody to go there.i am letting my Attorney know to exclude this Dr from his list .I am his Customer for 25 Years and very trustworthy. So big NO auto this one.
