We wondered why the cost quoted from all the pros was so expensive but when we saw what was done it was obvious. This was a lot more work that we thought it would be.
Did a very good job, good clean up. Had a small issue with timeing, but very good overall.
He was quick, fast and we where very happy with him.

Lorenzo is highly crafted in his art, but lacks a few professional communications skills, like calling when he won't be able to make an appointment, saying he'll meet you at 9:45 and showing up at 8:00. Still have to get together to pay him, but...the work was great for the right price.
Lorenzo and his team were polite, professional, and helpful. Lorenzo was knowledgeable and did quality work, as well as went beyond the call of duty to provide a solution to meet our needs in regards to our chimney repair.
Quality of work was way over the top. But shouldn't have to call the PRO and remind them that they are supposed to do your work today.
