Was misquoted by almost half. When I brought it to their attention on two separate occasions I was assured they were "lump sum" payments and I was "catching up" with the term in two payments. Now when the 3rd payment came out with another number again they tell me sorry we made a mistake. The agent then asked me to just cancel the policy or sign the paperwork to cancel and he would date it when I decided... whole thing was unprofessional and scary when your bank account is being debited for amounts you haven't authorised!
