Lorenza jewelry was a pleasant experience. We brought in three watches for new batteries. He had them done within 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. We'll certainly make it our first stop for our jewelry and watch needs!
Stood at the front counter for 5 minutes while he was working on something and he didn't acknowledge me. His phone rang that was in another area behind him. He got up answered the phone and sat back down while talking on the phone and still didn't acknowledge me. I left and gave a 1 star review. Bothered about the situation I ran some other errands came back and he did acknowledge me when I walked while working with another customer. We discussed my earlier situation.
