Not happy with the new space. Getting three cats into the new facility was extremely difficult. Why aren't there automatic door openers??? Fell asleep in the examination waiting for the doctor. This is the second year in a row I've had to wait more than 45 minutes. Secretary messed up my discount and instead of applying it back to my CC, they gave me a credit on my account. Very disappointed. They can do so much better than this.
Dr. Lorenz has been seeing my kitten and has just been so wonderful with him, I’ve never seen him bond so quickly with someone! Beans absolutely adores him. He did a fantastic job with his Enucleation, I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else for it. As for the rest of the staff, they are INCREDIBLY sweet and caring. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done to care for my cats!

I have followed this practice for close to 45 years. Dr.Partridge was an amazing and wonderful doctor and friend. I hated to see him retire because it scared me that I would not have him to lean on anymore Well let me tell you Dr. Lorenz and Dr. Weiss as well as Dr. Reeder are now my go to for my babies. The whole staff know my crazy times and I think they like me anyway. I love them all. They have helped me let my babies cross the Rainbow Bridge with dignity and compassion.
