I first called for an appointment in Feb, and was scheduled in March middle. They canceled that date because dentist would not be around. Rescheduled a week later, but I had to cancel it because my baby was sick. The secretary rescheduled me again sometime in April. I remember my appointment was at 9AM, and showed up a few minutes early only to be told that the appointment was canceled. She said she left us a voice mail a day before my appointment. Had surgery done to correct gum, to replace crown, which dentist said had to be replaced, previous crown no good said was covered. . Told me 400 for crown with my insurance. Fine. 3 to 4 weeks later, had call from secretary, cancelled my appointment for a couple days. Showed up had crown done, owed 1250 dollars. She said she left me a message after we confirmed, that insurance woyld not cover it. no message on phone. She lies.
