I have been scheduled and have been waiting for an appointment for 2 months. Literally today, 4 days before my appointment they called and said my appointment had been canceled for personal reasons and proposed that I get on a waitlist for an appointment opening. Before that, I had called twice asking for an estimate of how much my first consultation would be and they refused to let me know even by email what that would be, they told me they would send me an estimate by mail and I unfortunately never got those. I went through multiple providers in 2 years since the providers all left to go somewhere else. When I told the front desk person that I wanted to close my patient portal because I wanted to work with a different facility they became very rude/mean towards me. I've even been hung up when I was called and tried to pay a bill. The only reason they are getting 2 stars are due to the providers that I worked with where amazing, I was sad when I couldn't follow them.
