So friendly and helpful. Mike gave really good advice, and helped me with starting the process after my accident. I definitely reccomend.
Horrible horrible service. The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude. The body shop had to send over their own tow truck to pick my car because Lorens wouldn’t leave it at the body shop with a Purchase order they required a check. Then said everyone was leaving on Friday at 3:30pm so the body shop had to wait to pick it up til Monday morning then Loren’s added $250 to the bill the body shop had to pay. NO STARS...!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS~ AT ALL! They're the most AWFUL, HORRIBLE and STRESSFUL 'business' (Ha, that's a JOKE to even call that disgusting establishment a business!) that I've EVER, EVER dealt with~ in my ENTIRE LIFE! It was ABSOLUTELY UNREAL HOW BAD LOREN'S TRULY IS! I read the reviews, after my car had been towed by them because they were the company that the police called after the incident that caused it needing a tow. Charge waaay too much money for an accident tow with all the extra fees that they so generously tack on, aka- $50 release fee, $35 "storage" fee etc etc......
