Been there twice Been there twice now for two different repairs’ will be using Loren's for any other car I have issues with since they did such a good job on this one thank you will be coming beck whenever I need to.
Getting an appointment Getting an appointment was easy and I loved being able to communicate with the shop online. They began the repair on time and it was finished in 30 minutes with the belts replaced, the bill paid and the car washed. The service at the front desk was very friendly and efficient and the waiting area was comfortable and clean. Loren's is an exceptionally well-run shop. I rarely rate anything a 10 but that's what this experience was!
Everything went according Everything went according to schedule and everyone was professional and courteous just the way people should be when dealing with customers. Thank you I will be coming back hopefully not soon.

I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!! I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!! They saved me a ton of money ! I had taken my vehicle to a different shop in town and was told I needed a $3500 transmission replacement. The car was less than 5 years old and only has 30k miles on it. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Loren's and long story short... I didn't need a transmission, only a seal replacement and fluid flush. A few hundred bucks and two years later, I have not had a single issue with my transmission. These guys earned my business!
Service was great Service was great Mark and the crew took very good care of our vehicle and had it done quicker than expected. Would really like to say thanks to Mark especially for his excellent communication with me keeping me up to date on the way the job was going.
