DO NOT BOOK! I had my little sisters Quinceañera at her banquet hall located in Lynwood (La Huasteca) a few weeks ago. We rented for our wedding 9/22. My husband rented the hall when the covid stay home order was lifted. I read the reviews after we left a deposit for the space. We played nice when they lost our deposit receipt. Good thing my husband saves everything. In April 2022 we went to taste food because we weren't available to go in July. Prices too high !
This family business is a fraud. Worst service ever and people actually pay alot of money to do their events here. Especially the owner (Lorena) promises you everything in the beginning of the contract to book them and last minute they act like they never said what they said in the beginning. Its not like your not paying for the service you are getting its alot of money in the table they ask for but yet they dont take accountability for their statements.
