A wonderful experience. Dr Lorena PA Aliza - wonderful thoughtful professional.. listens and instructs with grace. Alicia front desk- efficient and makes it fun to call for info. Nicole appointments .. knows how to schedule;) Grateful to have found them .. right in my area!
Exceptional service, great team and human condition.
I just had my first appointment there, everyone is super welcoming and nice! The staff is so friendly and the doctors I met are very informative and caring, helping me be more aware of what was currently going well with my health and what needed to be monitored or changed. I'm appreciative of them going over everything on my labs thoroughly with me to make sure we didn't miss anything. I felt very comfortable throughout my whole visit and the atmosphere was relaxing, i look forward to my follow up appointment with them!
I just edited my review. I wish there were 10 stars to give! I She is the endocrinologist that I have been to in 20+ years. Dr. Altarbaum is warm, caring, and professional. She takes her time listening to everything you have to say or any questions that you have, and explains everything to you in ways that help you to understand. As far as the office staff, they are the best we've ever dealt with. Period. All of your records/labs are available to you through the office portal.
