Because of a high deductible I was told I would have to pay X amount upfront before my daughter's procedure. After the office found out they would have received even more money through my insurance they came after me for an additional $90! The office staff was unfriendly and very uncooperative. Since then I have found a better podiatrist who is more reasonably priced and better office staff. I would not use this office ever again.
Dr. Schneider is a very gentle, knowledgeable, and careful doctor. I was nervous at first, but he put me at ease right away. I needed to have an injection in my heel, and it did not hurt! He answered all of my questions (and yes, I am one of those types of people that ask A LOT of questions and need to know everything a doctor will do before he or she does it), and he was patient with me. I highly recommend him!
