I've sent 3 emails over the last 2 years and I haven't gotten a response regarding the major rat issue on BA Drive. I'm sorry to have to take it to a public forum, but not answering your HOA paying customers will do that. How is Lorell Management Company managing the rat issue on BA Drive? As a collective group, our pest control budget exceeded $9,000 in 2023 according to the budget documents that were sent to me. Why are we paying $9,000+ for us to have a public health hazard around our families and properties?
